Nominate an exceptional employee for the Tech 25

The Tech 25 recognizes those critical role players who enable tremendous success throughout our community, but don’t get celebrated publicly as often as they should be.

In 2015, TechPoint launched the Tech 25, a prestigious selection of twenty-five individuals who are critical and exceptional performers helping to grow our community’s tech and tech-enabled companies, but who — not being the CEO or other top executives — don’t get celebrated publicly as often as they deserve.

We created the Tech 25 to help recognize and celebrate Indiana’s tech builders, and we’re doing it again. This year, however, we’re doing it even bigger and better!

This year’s Tech 25 Class will be showcased and celebrated during a special new event at Crane Bay on August 5. This unique event will be held in conjunction with TechPoint’s second annual League of Xtraordinary Programmers, a tech-discovery party held during Indy’s Gen Con convention!

Companies will have the opportunity to support their Tech 25 winner on site at the event through an Award Winner Employer Package. Contact Lauren Petersen, community activation manager for TechPoint at lauren@techpoint.org or call her at 260-273-1855 for more information.

Tech 25 winners represent a wide range of roles within tech companies, such as software developers, financial analysts, marketing directors and product managers. Winners will be selected from three main role categories, reinforcing the core roles that building product and building revenue play:

  • 10 in tech product/R&D
  • 10 in sales/marketing
  • 5 in “other”

In addition to being star performers, nominees should also be excellent, committed team players who build others up through mentoring, volunteering and positive example.

Executives are invited to nominate sub-C-suite rockstars from their organizations. This means people with titles and roles below CEO, CFO, COO, CIO or CTO, etc. Twenty-five will be selected.
