The Indy Tech Fellowship is a two-year program for new grads, crafted to place developers, designers, and product managers with leading companies where they can hone their skills, fast-track their careers, and impact our community. The 2016 Class is the inaugural class of Tech Fellows.

Born and raised in Texas, Ian drove over 1000 miles to leave his mark on Purdue. His studies focused on information technology and entrepreneurial applications. Outside the classroom however, you could find him representing his residence hall, singing in choir, taking photographs atop parking structures, managing the rec-center, carving his longboard in bike lanes, or playing drums at church. Ian was introduced to TechPoint through an internship with Interactive Intelligence where he joined the second Xtern class. After a summer in Indy he felt there was more opportunity the city had to offer and decided to become a Tech Fellow.

Hanna is a recent graduate of Tiffin University as of April 2016, with a degree in Cyber Defense and Information Assurance. Soon after graduation, she got the opportunity to move from Michigan to become a Security Analyst for Pondurance, here in Indianapolis.

Pondurance is a thriving young company that focuses on the security, continuity, and compliance concerns of all of their clients. These services assist their clients in improving their information security program as well as meeting certain industry standards along with regulatory compliance.

Ryan also participated in the inaugural year of the Xtern program and returned the second year as an Xtern Mentor. Ryan is originally from Fort Wayne, received a B.S. in Computer & Information Technology from Purdue University, and now happily lives in Downtown Indianapolis.

Within the Tech Fellowship, Ben serves on the civic engagement committee and manages the Fellowship's technical community service initiatives. Building off of his experience at Doxly and in the Tech Fellowship, Ben's plans for the future include launching his own tech company in Indianapolis.
