CX17 is the annual Genesys conference that gathers together the strongest ecosystem of solutions, customers, partners and technology pushing the boundaries and future of customer experience.
Genesys is hosting a CX17 conference in each hemisphere this year to accommodate the global audience for its Customer Experience Platform. These events will focus on exploring the importance of providing the “human touch” in an increasingly digital world. With nearly 70 sessions in Indianapolis and nearly 30 in Brussels, attendees will also explore emerging innovation in cloud, chatbots, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), customer journey management, hyper-personalization, predictive analytics, virtual reality and more.
Headline speakers at CX17 Indy include Genesys executives and customers presenting best practices in customer engagement across multiple industries, including insights from top executives from Cielo, Facebook, PayPal, Philips, and the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Breakout session panelists include speakers from Accor Hotels, Bosch Services Solutions, EMS, nib health funds limited, Rochester Regional Health System, Shaw Industries Group, TXU Energy, and UPMC.
