Join Xconomy and Launch Fishers and participate in an engaging discussion about the impending crisis of entrepreneurship education: Can entrepreneurship really be taught? What teaching methodologies work and which don’t? If you have a business, how can you make it more profitable?

Bill Aulet is the Managing Director of the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship as well as a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to joining MIT, he had a 25-year track record of success in business, from his start at IBM to his experience as a serial entrepreneur. He started and ran Cambridge Decision Dynamics and SensAble Technologies. He works around the world with entrepreneurs, small companies, large companies, and governments to promote innovation-driven entrepreneurship. Bill was recently awarded the Monosson Prize for Entrepreneurship Mentoring and was selected as one of BostInno’s 50 on Fire.

He will be speaking about his newly released book, Disciplined Entrepreneurship Workbook. This book provides exercises and assessments to help get your business up and running. Author Bill Aulet’s 24-step framework is proven to build a successful business; the key is in how well you implement it. Disciplined Entrepreneurship Workbook helps you master the skills, tools, and mindset you need to get on your path to success.
