IS Team Leader
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A team’s goals are only achievable with someone to lead the way. Someone who instills focus and accountability; who ensures necessary resources are available; someone who guides employees to get the job done. Our Technical Services team needs this sort of leader. A supervisor for the team who also understands customer support strategies and can direct IS projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leads software and hardware service and support across Central Indiana acute and ambulatory facilities.
Provides technical leadership with project oriented work as assigned.
Provides technical advice, guidance and informa training to employees and customers.
Leads troubleshooting efforts to help restore routine technical service and equipment problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.
Lead capability to perform root cause analysis and develops checklists and best practice for typical problem resolution and technical process.
Recommends procedures and controls for problem prevention.
Maintains and can report against knowledge database and call tracking system to enhance quality of problem resolutions.
Helps holds vendors accountable to contracted service agreements.
Prefer A+, N+ and S+ certifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines and processes.
Prior leadership experience, specifically managing staff in multiple locations.
Strong leadership abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High-attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
