Application Manager – MedHub
This position will direct, coordinate, and carry out activities to ensure accurate,
compliant, and efficient management of student and resident records required to
support the operational needs, accreditation needs, and strategic goals of the Indiana University School of Medicine, the largest medical school in the United States.
Looking for a creative technical person who will be responsible for the MedHub system, to include development of long range plans for MedHub system development, implementation, and integration.
Manage and mentor an enterprise system team across the enterprise and maintain
vendor relations which include product updates. The combined skillset of communication and leadership is key in order to acquire the cooperation of so many individuals statewide. Stay abreast of continuously changing accreditation and compliance requirements and serve as the primary institutional liaison between IUSM and the MedHub Vendor management team. Provide total management and expert guidance to lower level staff/team members across IUSM and with external contractors, and much more.

Exceptional communication skills to communicate at all levels of the organization (this includes written, verbal and visual communications). Familiarity with LCME and ACGME accreditation standards and requirements. Comfort level interacting, influencing, and lobbying at the senior management level. Proven ability to manage via influence and drive operational excellence. A strategic planner with a high level of sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. Strong interpersonal skills
