Data Systems Specialist
Indiana University School of Medicine’s Graduate Medical Education(GME) office serves as the human resource office for residents and fellows and delivers administrative services for the graduate medical education programs of the School of Medicine. The Office of GME, in collaboration with its affiliated hospitals, provides administrative guidance and professional development for program directors, faculty, residents, fellows, and coordinators to enhance administrative expertise toward fulfilling state and national requirements. IU School of Medicine sponsors 86 ACGME-accredited and 55 Non-ACGME residencies and fellowships in a broad range of specialties.

We’re looking for the right person to help influence all levels of the school as this application touches multi-disciplinary departments and is foundational to our medical resident experience.
Manages user support requests in the day-to-day operations of the GME Administrative data system-MedHub, for approximately 3500 users in the School and an additional 500 or more outside of IUSM.
This includes training of those using the system, ensuring quality control measures are in place regarding data integrity, tracking/maintaining all resident and fellow documentation (on-boarding, contracts, schedules, duty hours worked, etc.) perform system reviews and suggests system enhancements.
This person also manages and maintains the content for the IUSM GME public website (Word Press) and the IUSM GME Intranet(SharePoint). They are also involved in managing the GME completion certificate process.
