Director, Services Architect
•Partner with the Kronos Sales organization and Services lines of business to pursue and close services and product opportunities
•Develop a high performing consultative team, focused on services selling.
•Provide a single point of contact to Sales for services opportunities.
•Develop an understanding of each target client’s business, operations, and industry trends. Understand the client’s strategic business and technology goals and create the proposed service approach and solution.
•Develop a positive relationship with key client decision-makers or influencers who purchase professional services in target opportunities.
•Create and communicate a winning strategy and plan for each Services opportunity
•Drive the sales process to completion coordinating all Services resources and collateral such as proposals, SOW’s, RFP responses, etc.
•Maintain a pipeline and communicate it to Services Management.
•Contribute to the improved efficiency of the sales function by participating in the development and deployment of appropriate services sales tools/templates.
•Track critical sales and pipeline data on opportunities using existing systems
•Increase the overall Margin and value of strategic deals through presenting and positioning creative service solutions.
•Possess strong organizational leadership skills/experience
•Develop and grow key relationships with Corporate, Sales, and Service Delivery partners especially at the Director and VP level
•Develop new tools and processes, new packages and service offerings, implementation approaches, and new methods for positioning and selling services to clients – drive these into the organization
•Participate in, or lead, corporate and/or team focused projects and initiatives
•Ability to drive solutions and strategies that directly contribute to winning the largest, most complex opportunities
•Understanding of Industry trends within the Public Sector.
•Experience in developing multi-national customer pursuit and deployment strategies.
•Strong leader, with demonstrated record of leading consulting team or practice.
