Manager, Omni Channel & Customer Loyalty Systems
We are looking for a manager with Sterling OMS experience that can lead a team of developers focusing on Order Management and CRM systems. The team is responsible for both application and database development as well as application administration and support. This Manager, is accountable for all aspects of managing, supporting and developing the team of Application and Database developers to deliver an outstanding user focused service. The Manager, Omni Channel and Customer Loyalty Systems works directly with Project Managers, Architects/Designers, Developers, Business Analysts and other individuals to ensure IT requirements are fully documented and agreed upon; that all defined IT Systems development policies, procedures and standards are followed; that activities are delivered within agreed timescales, are of high quality and are fit for purpose.
