We are looking for an individual with a significant tenure of outstanding sales success in partnerships with property management groups for multifamily housing. It’s imperative that individuals in this role can work and develop existing and new relationships in all areas of the sales process from prospecting, needs analysis, and closing primarily over the phone. This process may be in person, on the phone, or utilizing tools such as GoToMeeting. This role will leverage your skills at outbound marketing (cold calls, email, and social media) to engage marketing decision makers at corporate and regional levels. Individuals will be required to develop a robust network to help grow and develop partnerships within the multifamily home industry and show value of the FATWIN product. Navigating multifamily organizational structure to achieve desired results will be required. Your goal is achieving sales quotas though high activity, sales and industry expertise, and strong negotiation skills.

A typical day may include:
Prospecting leads to secure demos
Closing deals and leveraging/networking with referrals
Celebrating individual and team results
Sales training and collaborating with teammates on creative approaches to improve results
Developing new business via telephone and digital communication such as email and social media
Following up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
Utilizing Salesforce.com and Salesvue Prospecting technology
Occasional travel for trade shows and in person demo’s for corporate partners

Individuals must be knowledgeable around digital marketing and be self-driven to perform while demonstrating value of the technology.

The ‘Other Stuff’
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/marketing or equivalent experience
Thorough understanding of the multifamily home industry, including sales, development, property life cycle, relationships between properties and residents, industry and marketing trends, ability to present well at trade shows and network with other professionals.
Required to have 8+ years of multifamily home industry experience, with a strong emphasis on sales.
Ability to participate in trade shows with outstanding abilities to network with business decision makes while displaying and showing value of the product.
Experience selling technology with C-Suite is preferred.
