Sales Operations Director
Student Connections is looking for a Sales Operations Director to join our sales team. Your primary responsibilities, as part of the larger sales team, are to be the technology expert, team enabler, data steward, and master of efficiency. The focus of the position includes managing our CRM data, improving our sales productivity and evaluating, identifying, implementing and educating the team on sales tools and processes. This role will be based in our Indianapolis, Indiana office.
Your key role at Student Connections will be to leverage data and technology to support revenue growth and drive solutions for increased productivity and efficiency. In this new position, you will be charting the path to building out the function with the flexibility to design ideal workflows and optimize our revenue operations strategy for efficiency and growth.
