Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure the success of our customers in using and deploying Torchlite’s proprietary software and freelance services. We are a start-up in high growth mode and this role is vital to Torchlite’s long-term profitability. This role includes onboarding and training customers on the use of Torchlite Action™ and ensuring that services are delivered appropriately. CSMs are advocates for our customers, ensuring the successful execution of their marketing campaigns. Success is measured by customer retention, software utilization, customer satisfaction, and increased contract value.
