What led you to get into tech and this occupation? What was your first job in tech?

I love the freedom and creative outlet that software development provides for me. I felt very unfulfilled in my previous career and building apps has long been a goal of mine. My first job in tech was building websites for a local company.

When you think of a day in your life, what are the main work activities you do or responsibilities you have?

As a software consultant, I work with a few different companies on their applications. I’m also a content creator so I try to balance my time between clients and making tutorials.

Which resources, people, books, websites, etc. would you recommend to those who want to learn more or advance their skills in this occupation?

I recommend checking out my YouTube channel, Faraday Academy, and my Twitch channel. I post coding tutorials and do coding and Q&A live streams several times per week. Other than that, I highly recommend checking out freeCodeCamp and Coder Newbie communities and websites.
