Job Description

We’re looking to hire a CMO to join our growing team at Paid.care!
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Paid.Care’s overall objectives, driving brand recognition and market penetration.
  2. Brand Development: Shape and enhance the Paid.Care brand, ensuring a compelling and consistent narrative across all channels. Build brand equity and foster customer loyalty through innovative and targeted campaigns.
  3. Digital Marketing: Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance the online presence of Paid.Care.
  4. Customer Acquisition: Lead initiatives to acquire new customers and caregivers, utilizing a combination of online and offline channels. Develop and execute creative and effective customer acquisition campaigns.
  5. Partnerships and Collaborations: Cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, healthcare providers, and influencers to expand Paid.Care’s reach and enhance credibility within the caregiving industry.
  6. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  7. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within a dynamic startup environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Track record of successfully building and scaling marketing initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a cross-functional marketing team.
  • Understanding of the healthcare or caregiving industry is a plus.
