Job Description

  • Job Summary/Basic Function: Provide technical support to students, staff, and faculty via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Specific Responsibilities: Troubleshooting both Windows and Mac computers, Assist with account or credential issues, Mentor student employees working in the help desk, Assist customers over the phone and in person, Use remote assistance, ticketing, and call center software, Use Intune and other management systems to monitor devices, and Other related tasks.
