We’re looking for a curious, adaptable intern to join us for the summer. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines with a task list. You’ll be doing significant work that contributes to real outcomes across instrumentation, testing, and prototyping. If you’re the kind of person who gets excited about a clean data insight just as much as prototype validation, we’d love to hear from you.
Instrumentation & Data Analysis
Help us instrument existing features so we can learn and improve how people use Boardable. You’ll work with the team to define what to measure, implement the tracking, and analyze what comes back, turning real usage data into meaningful product insights.
Automated Test Coverage
You’ll work closely with our Product Owner to contribute to the depth of our automated test suite. You’ll help identify gaps, write tests, and ensure we can ship with confidence. No prior QA background required, but it will help if you have a knack for thinking through edge cases and technical experience.
Concept Validation & Prototyping
You’ll work with our Product Manager to validate new ideas before we commit to building them through building prototypes and user testing designed to answer key questions quickly. The goal is to solve real problems, focused on speed over fidelity as we learn.
Are currently studying CS, HCI, product design (with a technical bend), or data science
Are comfortable context-switching between different types of problems in the same week
Don’t mind failing fast, but also have perseverance in iterating
Communicate clearly, whether in writing or in a room
Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute, not just get handed a list of to-dos
Boardable is on a mission to make board meetings actually worth everyone’s time. Our Product & Engineering team is a close-knit group that moves fast, cares deeply about the people using our product, and genuinely enjoys the work. We’re embracing AI in ways that are thoughtful and purposeful, both in delivering our work and in the features we create and improve. If you want to be part of a team that solves real problems, pushes on the right ideas, and doesn’t take itself too seriously, you’ll fit right in.
