Join Us in the Startup Garden at Innovation Summit & EXPO
40 x 40 Startup Garden Dedicated to Networking, Idea Sharing, Connecting Startups with Funding Sources & More …
New this year at TechPoint's Innovation Summit & EXPO is the Startup Garden, a space dedicated to all things startup and then some!
Startup companies that wish to participate in the Startup Garden will receive name badge flags with the word STARTUP embazoned across them (similar to the flags you may be familiar with that the TechPoint Board of Directors members receive) to identify you and your team as attendees associated with an entrepreneurial venture. This will prompt all general attendees, possible funders and customers who visit the Startup garden to ask you about your startup. Each venture will also be identified with table tents and other signage.
Chalkboards and bulletin boards will be available as well as a handful of computer terminals with Internet access and electricity outlets so that you can plug in, tune in and show off your own innovations.
Venture capitalists, angel investors, equity bankers and other startup funders attend Innovation Summit every year, too. They come from both the East and West Coasts, Chicago, and, of course, from the numerous local venture funding firms, incubators and accelerators.
There is no cost to participate in the Startup Garden, but you must purchase an Innovation Summit & EXPO ticket and supply some basic information about your startup or venture funding organization to aide TechPoint in facilitating some pre-planned activites.
TechPoint's 2012 Innovation Summit & EXPO featuring a keynote luncheon with best-selling author, entrepreneur and marketing pioneer Seth Godin, will be held October 30th at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis.
