Join the conversation to shake things up in the field of diversity and inclusion in the tech industry here in the Midwest and beyond. Our Guest Speakers, Workshops, and Panelists will provide concrete steps to begin creating a more inclusive tech community.

Featured Speaker: Lalita Amos

Lalita Amos is the president of Total Team Solutions, LLC, a business and executive leadership development firm offering coaching, consulting, training and mentoring. Amos is a licensed One Page Business Plan Consultant, Certified Results Coach, Certified Referral Trainer, and Certified Referral Coach, focused on providing entrepreneurs (both executives and business owners) business development services–including strategic planning, coaching for goal fulfillment and leadership growth, team and leadership development training. Total Team Solutions specializes in small business incubation and acceleration, referral-based marketing, and business masterminding. She serves on the American Values Alliance, and the Indianapolis Race Relations Leadership Network.

It is no secret that finding innovative candidates from with a variety of experience and backgrounds is a challenge in the field of tech. Lorraine Ball, founder of digital marketing agency Roundpeg,Una Hartzell-Baird, founder of technology-based language solutions firm LUNA Language Services, and Trena Roudebush of Bohlsen Group will be sharing with us their perspectives on challenges and successes recruiting in this space.
