Event Description
Introducing Indiana Bond Bank’s first ever Public Finance Challenge, an event that will utilize crowdsourcing, or the practice of engaging a group for a common goal through innovation and problem solving. The goal of this event is to provide organizations with access to new ideas and solutions, deeper consumer engagement, opportunities for co-creation, optimization of tasks, and reduced costs. The 2019 Flipping Finance Challenge features the Eastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission and the City of Gary who have prepared a set of challenges they are seeking assistance with through FFC2019’s participants.
This is your chance to design for good Indiana! Join other innovators and problem solvers from across our state as we gather in Indianapolis for a 18-hour Design Sprint to help two Hoosier economic regions shift their organizational thinking, promote innovation and design new solutions to some of their most pressing challenges.
Design challenges and all relevant supporting data are available at http://inbondbank.com/ffc2019/. You will have the opportunity to pre-select a challenge during the registration process. Please continue to check that page for more details. All registered participants will also be notified as updates are made.
The Flipping Finance Challenge is open to problem solvers from all industries, sectors, backgrounds and experiences. It doesn't matter if you are a public or private employee, government worker or citizen, professional or student. All are welcome and are necessary to help these organizations design new solutions for tomorrow.
