Indy Do Day
local community organizations, civic entities and nonprofits
various locations around the greater Indianapolis area
Thursday, Sept. 28 - Saturday, September 30
Indy DO Day consists of several days when the people of Indianapolis get to know their neighbors, take ownership of their neighborhoods and take care of one another. It’s decentralized, ground-up, people-powered community improvement.
It’s about pride, shared ownership, and stronger relationships. It’s about building the most civically-engaged community in the nation where everyday is a Do Day.
Indy Do Day is a call to action for all Indy residents to give back and volunteer.
Last year, over 18,000 people volunteered over three days.
Be a part of the action! IDD list several volunteer opportunities throughout September 28, 29 and 30 at various locations throughout our City.
