Building the Sophisticated Customer Experience and Utilizing AI to enhance customer touchpoints - Jill Delaney, dormakaba USA
As marketers, we need to create connections with potential buyers and continue to foster those connections after we win business. Learn how you can build a top-notch customer experience in all segments of your buying cycle. ROI is turning into ROX: Return on Experience. Make sure you’re moving beyond ROI to provide the ROX.

How to recruit great development team members - Peter SerVaas, DoubleMap
The most important part of a successful tech company is to hire an impressive team of software developers. A great development team is the basis of a successful product and providing value to clients. We'll share best approaches on how to hire a dedicated team of software developers who will help you accomplish goals and who understand your requirements and expectations. We'll discuss actions that help attract the right team members and retain them.

The peaks and pitfalls of running a business on Microsoft’s services - Matt Rogers, Beyond Payroll
Matt Rogers used to manage teams building software based on open source libraries running on (mostly) open source platforms. Now, as CTO of a portfolio of data-centric companies that rely on MS tech, he lives in the Microsoft world, and has collaborated with Microsoft on evolving their services to better support SaaS companies. He’ll share his experiences building products that leverage Azure services, and the pros/cons of working with mature technologies as they make the leap to cloud services.

Launch with pilot customers without code - Yaw Aning, Malomo Learn how Yaw Aning launched his new company and on-boarded pilot customers without writing a single line of code. And how they forced themselves to validate the product before investing heavily in development. Then we used that data to raise the round so we could build things out.
