Event Description
This Web Dev Tuesday session will feature special guest Fatemeh Hajizadeh, Solution Architect at Lev and founding member of Women who Code Indy, who will be presenting on the basics of SQL. SQL is a special-purpose programming language designed for managing data in a relational database. Its uses include back-end web development, database administration, data analysis, along with many others.
Who’s this for: This session is for anyone who wants a friendly introduction to SQL. No database management experience is required to attend, but coding experience is a plus.
What to bring: Come prepared with your curiosity and questions. No laptop is required for this session. Coffee and tea will be provided. This event is free and open to the public. Made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.
