Part One of "It's Not About You" is 25 hours of leadership training over 10 weeks. The content focuses on self-leadership behaviors and practices that are essential for leading others well. Participants who complete part one earn 5 soft-skill certifications and a self-leadership micro-credential from the 240Academy.
