We are discussing how business leaders can navigate the growing catalogue of “controversial topics” while keeping employee, customer, and organizational health at the top of our minds. Attendees will learn how business leaders can improve and leverage emotional intelligence in the workplace as the foundation for strategies surrounding controversial topics.

ABOUT CRYSTAL WADE:
A therapist with a unique background, Crystal Wade brings a compelling set of experiences to the therapy setting. After an over 10-year career in health care management, culminating with leadership of regional operations for a local health care organization, Crystal took the bold step of leaving her corporate job to return to school to pursue her Masters of Social Work. A social justice advocate and a therapist, Crystal executes a practice style which is changing lives! Her specialties include working with individuals experiencing work-based stress/exhaustion, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Crystal holds a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish and a Masters of Social Work. She is a Licensed Social Worker, a certified Change Agent, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
