Event Description
Pride IN Tech presents Belonging at Work
Employee resource groups (ERGs) are a way for employees in a workplace to organize based on shared characteristics or life experiences, often with a goal to ensure they have an opportunity to be heard, valued, and engaged.
Join us for a panel discussion with representatives from small and large companies in the Indianapolis tech community to hear about their experiences with ERGs; starting them, running them, and the benefits they can provide to LGBTQ+ folks and other underrepresented groups in the workplace.
**This event is located at the SEP Product Design Studio.
Parking is available in the surface lot behind the studio and Veteran’s Way Parking Garage (both are behind Graeter’s Ice Cream). Overflow parking is also available in the City Center parking garage north of the studio. Click here to see a map of parking options.
