Topic: Internal Fortitude – You are not Wonder Woman … and the person you’re meeting with is not Oprah.
To scale an entrepreneurial business, you must accept that you shouldn’t be “doing it all,” and shouldn’t expect others you talk with to have the magic answer that will make everything better. You should have the courage to ask for feedback and support, and have the fortitude to take that feedback and make the best decision for you and your business. Tonya will share her journey and how she leveraged the knowledge of multiple resources and trusted advisers to bolster her fortitude and successfully make the leap from corporate life to entrepreneur business partner at a fast-growing tech startup. We’ll discuss tactics and resources to strengthen your own internal fortitude to increase your productivity and scale your business.
