People are wondering things like:

"How can I be helpful?"
"This isn't okay, but I have no idea where to start"
If this is you, join Ericka Young and Julie Kratz for this virtual interactive experience to navigating racism as an ally.
In this virtual interactive workshop, you will learn:
What is racism and to identify and recognize it
How to recognize your privilege as a chance to be an ally for others
How systemic racism works with case studies to learn how to recognize it
Tips for being an inclusive leader in today's polarized environment
Specific action steps you can take as an ally to be a part of the solution
We will have a variety of activities to put information into action right away. Come prepared to listen, learn, and share live. Zoom link to be provided upon registration. Video optional. It will be recorded and shared following.
