HOW TO BUILD A STRATEGIC BUDGET FOR 2022
Building budgets change year by year depending on the stage of the company, industry market performances, state of the economy, and uncontrolled variables like Covid-19. In this Startup Study Hall, expert CFO, Kathy Kinder will explain how you begin to think and plan more strategically about your company’s income (if you’re lucky enough to be making some yet!) and expenses. This will be an idyllic opportunity to refine your 2022 budget, or if you haven’t planned one yet, you can work on it during this time. Kathy will address the following topics:
- What expenses do you have at: day 1, a year out, a few years into it etc.
- Expenses to account for when transitioning from W-9s to W-2s
- How to pull info from Quickbooks to plan for income by month
Attendees will learn what they need to have in their budgets for 2022 so they can benchmark their successes and pivot when challenges arise.
