Mark Hill, Emcee, CEO - Lumavate
For 30 years Mark has been part of the technology landscape in Central Indiana. He has invested in over 60 local companies and has held operating and board roles at Baker Hill, Interactive Intelligence, KAR Auction Services, Angel Learning, PAN Testing, Bluelock, Octiv and is currently CEO at Lumavate. In supporting the community, he has held leadership governance positions at Techpoint, CICP, CICF, United Way, Teach for America, Ascend, Orr and the IU School of Informatics.

John McDonald, Venture Partner - Boomerang Ventures
John McDonald is a Venture Partner at Boomerang Ventures, Indiana’s newest venture capital fund, and Founder and Chief Evangelist at ClearObject, Indiana’s leading Internet of Things company. He has over twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur, and is a founder and board member of the Indiana Technology & Innovation Association, chairman of the Technology & Innovation Committee of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, a board member of TechPoint, of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and of the Indiana India Business Council. Additionally, he is a member of the IBM PartnerWorld Global Business Partner Advisory Council, the Social Enterprise Alliance, the advisory council for Hamilton Southeastern Schools, the Workforce Alignment council of Ivy Tech Community College, and the Dean's Council for the Purdue Polytechnic and President’s Club at Purdue University.

Simone Murray, Executive Director - DirectEmployers Institute
With 12 years of HR recruitment, sales and client services experience, Simone is well equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to bring learning to life by uniting public and private employers, schools and non-profit organizations that have a passion for creating a diversified workforce. Prior to her work with DEI, Simone was the VP of Member Services at DirectEmployers Association where she was responsible for developing strategic goals and initiatives that enabled the association to achieve continued organizational success and sustainability. Simone is a member of Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity and also a member of the Skull & Bones Society. She proudly serves as a board member of MSCCN/CASY Organization. Simone is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Management.

Kyle J. Anderson, MBA, Ph.D. - Clinical Assistant Professor in Business Economics - IU Kelley
Kyle Anderson joined the faculty at the Kelley School of Business in 2008, and has taught Economics, Statistics, Strategy, and Marketing at the undergraduate and MBA level. He has served for 11 years on the Indiana Business Outlook Panel, which is the economic forecasting group for Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business. Kyle is the program chair for Kelley Evening MBA program in Indianapolis. He has is MBA and PhD from the Kelley School of Business, and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Knox College in Galesburg, IL. Prior to his academic career, Kyle worked in healthcare and heavy trucking.

Nick Turner, Founder & CEO - DeliverEnd
Nick is a graduate from Indiana University Bloomington where he was also a dual sport athlete competing competitively in football and track and field for the Hoosiers. After graduating he founded a several companies in different industries like starting a company to review pitch decks and learned a lot about capital raises and business models which assisted him grow his entrepreneurial skills and knowledge. Nick is now the Founder and CEO at DeliverEnd (formerly ShipperTech), a company that is focused on making Marketplace platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other similar platforms safe and more convenient for the users through secured delivery. DeliverEnd was nominated in 2018 by the IndyStar for The Best Tech Company in Indianapolis, where they finished in 2nd place by public vote. DeliverEnd also solves the last mile problem that has stricken businesses for many years now. Nick’s grit, willingness, and ability to submerge himself into solving big problems with his execution skills gained over the course of his entrepreneurial journey has brought him to where he is today.
