Overview of Role
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in brand-related initiatives that fulfill the company’s near and long term goals. An excellent candidate is able to translate our company’s value proposition into visuals spanning a wide array of deliverables and channels, including print collateral and online assets such as eBooks, website, and landing pages. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating our narrative messaging into a cohesive look and feel that spans our buyer’s journey.
This individual will collaborate with various leaders within the company, as well as third party partners, to conceive, refine, design, and implement concepts.
Key responsibilities include:
Implement our company’s value proposition into visuals spanning a wide array of deliverables and channels, including print collateral and online assets such as eBooks, website, and landing pages
Work with the Marketing Director to ensure that projects and deliverables are in support of departmental and company objectives
Manage the creative design process working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Bring new design ideas to the table, communicate those concepts with clarity, and iterate as necessary based upon feedback.
Create graphics that support and simplify our message to the market to help differentiate our brand against competitors
Collaborate with content and writing teams to create world-class content
Own the visual continuity of the 120Water brand throughout the customer journey with an emphasis on user experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing a multitude of projects and deadlines.
A collaborative mindset and desires feedback as part of the design process
An amazing portfolio that demonstrates a proven track record of taking designs from inception to final presentation (impact or quantification of deliverables is a major plus)
Curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
Ability to leverage the appropriate skills, tools and technology--Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, and CSS--to bring designs to life.
Desire to correlate design and marketing efforts to business results
3-5 years of relevant experience
