120Water is seeking a dynamic and determined Program Support Associate to manage an inbound queue, supporting our software, hardware and service offering. This individual will document activity in our ticketing system and will work diligently to quickly resolve client support requests with a close attention to customer satisfaction. Program Support works closely with our internal team, our clients and our client’s consumers to answer questions utilizing our kits and application to run successful water quality and compliance programs. Additionally, Program Support Associates will work collaboratively with Program Success Managers on projects specific to support our growing customer base.
The Program Support Associate will look for opportunities to further educate customers to drive success usage of our products and technology value-alignment. The Support Team owns the support queue and help documentation to ultimately deliver scalable and successful client solutions.Posted On
