Job Description

3Aware is looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, write content, coordinate events, support business objectives, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

In this role, you will focus on enhancing the 3Aware brand by optimizing our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for daily oversight and posting content for social media, website SEO, link-building, and other marketing duties as assigned.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through various online and offline marketing channels.

What You'll Do:
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

Build and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration and leveraging the right internal processes; work with internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors.

Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract critical insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet advertising and public-­facing communications objectives, including print, digital, and video assets.

Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.

Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.

What You’ll Need:
4+ years of experience in marketing, BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.

Experience with a Software Company, preferred.

Mandatory Experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales tool; Certification preferred.

Current knowledge of maintaining effective email, digital, and other marketing campaigns.

Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Superb leadership, communication, time management, and organizational capabilities.

Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.

Exceptional problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate, and motivate.

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
