We are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Executive or Head of Sales to join our US team. This role requires both proven sales experience working with the latest web or mobile technologies and outstanding personal communication skills. You should be results-oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, a team player, customer-focused, and enjoy working with many different personalities.
*This role is full-time remote anywhere in the US

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales pipeline development through a combination of referrals, warm and cold calls/emails, social media, and networking
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
Educate clients about our services and engagement models related to user experience design, software development, and project management
Assist sales engineer in understanding client needs and requirements to feed the project discovery and estimation process
Build trust and credibility by helping clients solve problems using a consultative approach
Travel domestically and internationally (around 40-60% post-covid) to meet with and build relationships with leads globally

We are looking for
A sales or accounts executive with prior experience in software development consulting/professional services firms, SaaS, or recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results and goal oriented with a competitive hunter mindset
Exhibit a passion and curiosity for digital products and software development
Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills
Willing to travel globally 40-60% of the time
