The National Enterprise Account Manager - Unified Communications role is a nationally based sales and business development position focused on driving Enterprise Unified Communications opportunities within Konica Minolta. A NEAM may cover KM National Enterprise Account opportunities, and drive UC opportunities within those accounts across multiple markets or Regions, as directed by National Sales Manager - UC. The NEAM will work with the other KM National Enterprise Account Managers (NEAM) to drive UC solutions within existing NEAM accounts, and assigned UC opportunities.
The NEAM is a best of breed IT business development professional, capable of operating within the C-Suite, possessing a mastery of IT Services, and driving strategic partnerships within enterprise account engagements.
The primary responsibilities of the role are to help grow UC sales through presenting and closing:
Recurring professional, SaaS solutions including MS Direct Routing, Cisco WebEx, and Contact Center
Strategic and complex project and procurement opportunities to prospects
These sales are consultative to our prospects and customers and collaborative internally. NEAMs rely on operations, service delivery, strategic account management, executive and other sales resources throughout various stages of an opportunity’s progression.
NEAMs must be viewed as a strategic partner, subject matter expert, and UC overlay to other NEAM in each assigned KM National Enterprise Account.Posted On
