To collaboratively work with ITSC, STAM, AM and others in the organization for the growth of Managed Voice solutions throughout the country. This position will need to have significant understanding of telecommunication and VoIP solutions and be able to explain the value proposition.
The National Sales Manager works closely with Area Sales Manager, Regional VP, Market Directors and ITSC to grow managed voice practice. Role will expand to also supporting both the Direct and Dealer Channels.
Essential Job Functions
Participate in development of “Go-To Market” strategy for practice
Assist with evaluation and development of new solutions and offerings
Assist with development of best practices
Assist with development of training curriculums
Attendance at Industry networking events and key tradeshows
Sales Leadership & Coaching
Subject matter expert in Managed Voice solutions
Training of ITSC, STAM, AM and others on the benefits of the solution and how to present to clients
Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to evolve and optimize delivery model
Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to ensure proper staffing and skills

BA or BS degree or equivalent combination in computer science or business related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in telecommunications focus area
