Digital Analytics Tech
Primary responsibilities include implementation of Adobe Analytics and 3rd party tracking onto Allegion’s websites utilizing Adobe Data Tag Manager, Reporting and BI Integration. Additionally, this role will focus on SEO on-site optimization and recommendations from the Platform perspective.
All websites are built using Adobe Experience Manager, an industry leading Java based Content Management System (CMS).
Implementation and configuration of analytics tracking code tags on business sites
Integrate data sources via web APIs into automated and BI systems
Define, build, and test reports for use by our businesses
Work in collaboration with our technology team and analysts to determine and implement best-practice Adobe Analytics implementation, ensuring business requirements are met and data capture is clean
Work with business stakeholders and analysts to understand the problem being solved and supported by the implementation
Ensure teams are educated about the quality of data and what it will enable regarding data insights
Analyze digital data for performance monitoring, click-stream data, behavioral and customer segmentation.
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve customer experience, SEO and business results
Manage search bot interactions/experience, conduct competitive gap analysis, SERP listings UX, organic bounce rate, landing page designs, bot crawl management, and site-speed audits
