What we do:
Anvl is a next-generation workforce safety solution born out of High Alpha Studio. Our mission is to help companies ensure their workforce goes home at the end of each day. We provide software solutions that help keep those workers safe while they tackle dangerous and hazardous jobs. Anvl technology captures and synthesizes environmental, process and sensor data to intervene at the point of risk and deliver a targeted safety experience.
What we need:
Anvl’s content marketing manager will play a critical role in communicating the value of the Anvl ecosystem to the market throughout the sales and marketing funnel. We need a go-getter who will wake up each day thinking about what strategies will work best to deliver the message of Anvl’s value to potential buyers, prospects, and current customers. Anvl needs a strategist who can drive results, manage multiple projects to completion and is an excellent writer skilled at making sure interviews and research are turned into valuable end-user content.
You are passionate about storytelling. You strive to deliver value through content to your audience through multiple creative programs. You also have an analytical mind with an understanding of marketing and sales needs and how to work cross functionally to deliver success to the business. You have a successful track-record of results-oriented demand generation campaigns. You are ready to roll your sleeves up and execute marketing content and strategy and have a desire to build and grow a team over time. You are eager to leverage outside resources to scale the marketing program quickly while managing the strategies and outcomes of those resources.
What you’ll do
Be responsible for driving leads to MQL status for successful conversion
Strategically build and execute both inbound and outbound marketing programs
Manage the creation of content for all stages of the funnel to increase velocity and conversion
Drive the events marketing strategy in support of lead generation efforts
Manage the flow of expert interviews to create richer content, supporting delivery through ghostwriting thought leadership from interviews and research
Develop, test, and track successful programs while suggesting and implementing changes based on lessons learned
Ensure delivery of “big rock” content including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, guides and e-books
Facilitate the promotion of content across channels
Enable sales and BDR efforts through scripts, emails, and campaigns
Drive and execute Anvl social media strategy
Be responsible for managing the marketing budget to ensure we are optimizing our resources
Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for an ambitious and talented content marketing manager who exhibits an excellent attitude and a team-oriented approach. An ideal candidate thrives in a constantly changing environment, is results-oriented, and embraces the opportunity to learn through ambiguity.
Candidates with 4-7 years of experience creating and distributing marketing content that drives leads
Individuals who can define marketing strategy but are also able to execute on the tactical execution of that strategy
Ability to work collaboratively but also own projects with minimal guidance and thrive in an environment with constant and quick iterations
Experiened in writing and editing content such as blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, email campaigns, social, and website copy
Experience with a wide variety of marketing activities including SEO optimization, website updates, managing social media accounts, running paid advertising campaigns, creating email campaigns, and organizing and planning events.
Ability to integrate across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
Experienced with marketing tech such as Google Analytics, Wordpress (or similar content CMS) and HubSpot (or similar marketing automation suite).
Familiarity with Photoshop, and/or InDesign is a plus.
