What we do
Anvl is a next-generation workforce safety solution born out of High Alpha Studio. Our mission is to help companies ensure their workforce goes home safely at the end of each day. We provide software solutions that help keep workers safe while they tackle dangerous and hazardous jobs. Anvl technology captures environmental, process, and sensor data to intervene at the point of risk and deliver a targeted safety experience.
What we need
Anvl’s QA Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of all Anvl releases going out to our clients. We need a conscientious, thorough tester who has a passion to ensure our clients have the highest quality features and products in their hands.
You are excited to work in a fast-paced startup with a mission to serve its frontline users. You can jump in to help solve problems reactively when called upon, or proactively when you identify something isn’t up to the standard of quality it should be. You look for ways to improve the process of delivering features in order to increase team efficiency, and focus on automation so that you can focus on strategic quality, product, and engineering projects. You are an excellent written communicator and understand the importance of serving both your external and your internal customers.
What you’ll do
Support a continuous integration development lifecycle by providing critical support to the quality process
Build, maintain and update automated testing plans
Maintain and update any manual testing plans to ensure product success across multiple platforms and form factors
Serve as a level 1 support engineer for Client Success and Support, providing reports and escalation support to the internal team based on incoming case needs
Provide usage-based analytics and behavioral metrics data to the internal business
Maintain and track quality metrics for the products and identify areas to improve
Identify steps to reproduce issues and ideas for improvements
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for an ambitious and talented content marketing manager who exhibits an excellent attitude and a team-oriented approach. An ideal candidate thrives in a constantly changing environment, is results-oriented, and embraces the opportunity to learn through ambiguity.
Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in QA, support engineering or related fields
At least 1 year with automated testing or coding experience
Ability to work collaboratively but also own projects with minimal guidance and thrive in an environment with constant and quick iterations
Ability to integrate across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with mobile applications testing
iOS and Android mobile app experience a plus
Experienced with analytical tools and analyzing data
Experience working with enterprise clients preferred
