Mobile Digital Development Lead (remote/travel)

Brief Summary of Role
Drive the technical design of mobile solutions by working with customers to understand their architecture and recommend best approach
Act as the technical lead / Scrum Master during the build/development activities (SFDC, mobile) working in conjunction with a Project Manager
Contribute to mobile strategy projects by educating customers on options and providing recommendations for mobile architecture, security, app distribution, and development approaches.
Assist practice lead in refining development best practices and collateral
Assist practice lead in management and growth of mobile developers within the practice
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of overall experience in software development, with 3+ years of mobile development and architecture experience
Experience coaching and mentoring technical team members
Technical acumen to convert business plans into technical solutions that work
Experience with the following technologies:
Swift or Objective-C and Xcode
Java and Eclipse
REST web services/JSON structures
Git Version Control with Github or Bitbucket
Experience building apps for iPhone and iPad
Experience building apps for Android phones and tablets
Experience working with hybrid app development, ideally using Cordova/PhoneGap
Experience working with and delivering projects using Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of the role of Product Owner and Scrum Master.
Advanced understanding of OO principles and implementation
Strong team player willing to pitch in and do whatever it takes to make our team/customer successful
Professional, accountable, enthusiastic, and confident, with a customer focus
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain ideas very clearly through verbal, graphic, and written communication
Salesforce1 mobile app, Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visualforce
Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK
Use and understanding of the Heroku development platform
Experience working with crowdsourcing, ideally as someone who has run challenges before
