Brief Summary of Roles
The Data Conversion Lead will be responsible for leading the overall conversion effort and tenant build activities during a Workday implementation. The Lead will work with the client and internal domain leads to manage data collection activities, file management procedures, build tasks and data validation procedures. Additionally, the lead will be responsible for ensure current best practices are adhered to as well as seek out new efficiencies and process enhancements.


Ability to work with the cus­tomer in collecting cur­rent sys­tem data into Workday Data Gathering Workbooks
Ability to analyze and validate data to meet proper format and Workday requirements
Facilitating client and internal build review meetings
Ability to identify data-related errors and resolve issues
Ability to meet and manage multiple project deadlines and deliverables
Manage and prioritize onshore and offshore consultants daily work activities while ensuring project demands are met
Education and Required Experience

B.S. degree in Business Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent
Previous work experience or internship in a related field (HR, IT or equivalent)
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
3 to 5 Years of Workday HCM implementation experience with 8+ years preferred
Experience working in a project teams with a customer focus
Supe­rior ana­lyt­i­cal, eval­u­a­tive, and problem-solving abilities
Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success
Attention to detail is a must
Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
Strong presentation, communication and listening skills
Proven leadership skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
Located in Indianapolis
