Responsibilities

Collaborate with fellow team members - both at customer sites and remotely - to analyze requirements, develop designs and implement solutions on the Workday platform
Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements gathering, functional specs, design, custom development, integration build, testing, and deployment
Understand and meet all project expectations, timelines and deliverables
Develop Workday Integrations using Workday’s development technologies to meet design requirements
Education and Required Experience

B.S. degree required
1-2 years experience in professional services or technical role
1+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects
Some experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) configuration and custom development
Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
Proficiency in SOAP-based web services is also preferred
Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies
Knowledge of Single Sign On technologies, such as SAML, Okta and Microsoft ADFS
Desire application development experience with Javascript, XML/XSLT, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP, SQL
Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality, with a focus on customer success
Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans
Technical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that work
Driven by customer success with a team player attitude
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
