Job Description

The purpose of the Help Desk Analyst is to support the Carmel office and remote employees with a variety of help desk needs. IT support occurs via face-to-face contact, phone, email, and remote connections. A good candidate will be able to identify problems, resolve issues, and provides user assistance in a timely manner.

Essential Functions/Job Duties
 Manage the door access and ID badging systems
 Install various software and manage corporate image for devices
 Support PC’s, printers, phones, and audio/video equipment
 Set up new users on the network and ancillary software systems
 Receive and respond to incoming calls, support tickets and/or emails regarding user questions or equipment problems
 Keep documentation current
