Job Description

- Listen to market needs as communicated by multiple sources (such as clients and Baker Hill internal resources) and be able to clearly document and define the potential solution within the software.
- Lead the functional design portion of SDLC process by facilitating design meetings, writing design documents, coordinating the review process.
Act as Liaison between business and technology teams to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements.
- Author business use cases, scenarios, and specifications by studying system capabilities and constructing workflow charts and diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and filter product development issues such as bugs, misconfigurations, and documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain communication channels with clients during collaborative development efforts.
- Review feature enhancements from both internal and external sources and escalate those features internally for future development.
- Work with the product team to develop features and solutions that will increase efficiency and productivity for our financial institution clients.
Improve systems by adhering to current best practices.
- Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
- Provide support to clients and internal teams as necessary.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate test and deployment activities.
