Job Description

The Manager Sales Operations supports those functions essential to promote sales force productivity such as: planning; reporting; quota setting/management; sales process optimization; sales training; sales program implementation; sales
compensation design/administration. The roles also works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of support resources to meet business goals/objectives.

Essential Functions/Job Duties
 Assists in defining quarterly sales objectives and driving the sales team to hit KPIs to increase new logo client acquisition,
add-on sales, and client retention
 Builds and helps to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
 Provides recommendations and takes appropriate actions based on strategic objectives, forecast, or performance metrics
 Enhances sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating/implementing
new tools
 Creates/maintains documentation on sales processes, policies, procedures, and relevant sales materials and assists with
onboarding new sales talent
 Identifies and eliminates sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
 Owns the end-to-end process of tracking the sales pipeline and operational metrics and for delivering regular insights to
the business
 Defines/delivers techniques to improve sales pipeline performance for sales management
 Assists with Salesforce administration and project prioritization
 Produces/reviews actionable, accurate sales reporting and BI tools for reps, managers, and sales leaders
 Partners with sales reps and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyzes/reports on campaign performance
with reporting and dashboards
 Refines customer segmentation, assist with territory creation/management, and helps create a plan to enhance
renewal/upsell processes
 Supports “SPIFF” Programs by updating performance, reporting, and communications to participants to drive success
