Job Description

Take responsibility and gain leadership skills. We are looking for a sharp, energetic individual with excellent communication skills to be part of a collaborative team in the role of Business Analyst. The role could also include work in Quality Assurance and testing of our application, SpyGlass.
Our customers’ success is our primary goal, and this position is integral to achieving that success. The CSM will work directly with customers to ensure that our proprietary software provides the optimal solution to customer business needs.
Organization, determination, and grace under pressure are important qualities in this role. We are seeking a leader who will take initiative and work well independently. A confident, hands-on individual will have the opportunity to make a major impact on our company, and will work with an excellent team where there is much room for personal and professional challenge and growth. Two to four years of professional experience post Bachelor's degree is required.

----Work with executive management to envision and define product enhancements and solutions to meet Beacon and customer needs
----Help translate business requirements into clear development instructions
----Work with technical management to assign tasks and nurture them through the development lifecycle
----Strive to deliver application enhancements to customers in a predictable and well-documented fashion
----Help identify and troubleshoot customer issues and find creative solutions through use of our proprietary software for health insurers
----Help the company improve internal processes to increase overall productivity
----Assist with testing, develop test plans, document results
----Actively listen to our customers and internal team members in order to facilitate a positive, collaborative working relationship
