Job Description

Support, Problem Solving, and Deployment
• Work with Service Coordinator and Manager to diagnose, install, upgrade and/or perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
• Provide services for client applications that are included in the client agreement
• Provide services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange Server, Office 365, etc.

Drive Customer Success
• Receive high client satisfaction ratings for professional communication and success of service request ticket resolution
• Ensure BlackInk IT processes for successful root cause diagnosis and solution implementations are followed for consistent high-quality service
• Provide training and support to, end users and staff on computer operation and other issues

Strategy & Planning
• Ensure client requests are within scope of defined services and successfully codes
• Provide patch management, data backup strategies and replication
• Determine if problem identified by client could have been prevented and document possible
