Business Development Specialist
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you would work collaboratively with dedicated sales professionals, marketing and sales operations. While in the position of Business Development Specialist, you will have responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
– Prospecting potential sales opportunities in Bluelock’s target market (IT decision makers in midsize and large businesses) to assist in territory building and market penetration
– Drive brand awareness campaigns and lead generation via networking, email-marketing and telemarketing
– Generate new leads within Bluelock’s target market and develop inbound leads and website chat function to drive qualified appointments
– Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients and handoff established relationship to senior representatives
You would be responsible for generating high quality business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling. You will generate new leads within Bluelock’s target market and develop inbound leads to drive qualified appointments.
In addition to all of the above? You will meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual quotas while building relationships with other team members, especially within sales and marketing, to support marketing campaigns and sales goals. You will also work with campaign data analysis where you will analyze campaign performance, improving effectiveness. We use NetSuite for our CRM tool, which is where you will update and maintain all daily activities.
