The Product Marketing Associate is responsible for creating customer onboarding and engagement materials such as videos, guides, emails, and FAQ articles. The person in this role reports to the Director of Product and works regularly with the Customer Success and Marketing teams. The position will start at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for an increase in hours as workload and availability allow.
Create guides and in-app messaging in Pendo.io
Create how-to videos
Maintain and update FAQs in our Help Center
Analyze user trends to identify opportunities to increase product adoption
Assist in QA for upcoming product releases
The qualifications below are preferred, but not required. We are open to hiring the right person regardless of background, education, or experience, provided you are a quick learner, good communicator, and have integrity (you do what you say you will do).
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to build in-app messaging and guides
Experience with copywriting
Excellent spreadsheet skills (both MS Excel and Google Sheets)
Familiarity with HubSpot a plus, or a willingness to learn basics of CRM/marketing automation platform
Superior organizational and project management skills; high attention to detail
Desire to work in a fast-paced, tech startup environment
Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities
Flexible work schedule/remote work option
