Essential Functions of an IT Sales Account Executive:
• Provide ongoing superior customer service to existing client accounts
• Meet and exceed established revenue objectives for assigned territory
• Proactively acquire new accounts by increasing awareness, engagement and utilization
• Employ a consultative Sales Approach to assess customer’s requirements and apply an in-depth understanding of the BITS offerings to design and present solutions for both projects and recurring contract support to the customer
• Identify the value proposition and use case relevant contact persons at target customers and address them in a meaningful way, including cold calling, leveraging social media relationships, giving presentations and/or through product demos
• Focus on performing consistent sales actions in order to add new recurring BITS clients and revenue on a consistent basis, as well as adding services for existing client accounts
• Develop clear, specific, action-oriented account plans to develop large accounts
• Act as the BITS trusted advisor, both internally and externally and help ensure the clients targets are met and that BITS profitability goals are met and exceeded
• Manage the life cycle of a sale from lead generation to new closed-won revenue
• Conduct high impact prospect meetings to identify underlying causes of customer s business problems in order to align BITS solutions to the customer s vision, business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
• Work closely with Customer Success Manager to effectively manage client onboarding and ensure a strong, long-term partnership
• Leverage BITS leadership and executive teams when appropriate to strengthen client relationships and drive high revenue growth
• Network externally to stay relevant within the assigned vertical and territory
• Serve as an on-going resource to customers as they grow and their requirements change, supporting on-going sales of products, projects and additional services
• Monitor and track competitors to gain competitive intelligence to be used in engaging prospects and customers creating customer solutions
• Partner closely with office equipment sales team in supporting their customers to cross-sell services for the mutual benefit of each division.
• Represent Braden and relay our values to clients throughout the buying process and beyond

Desired Skills and Expertise of an IT Sales Account Executive:
• 2+ years of experience with sales in Managed IT Service Contracts and IT Infrastructure Projects strongly preferred
• Background knowledge/experience in IT Engineering and Technical Processes preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven track record of success and results oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a quota driven environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Polished appearance and demeanor
• Candidates should have a go-getter mentality and positive attitude
