Job Description

As a customer success teammate you will be supporting customers from first contact to full deployment. We are dedicated to providing the best product possible to our customers, and as a member of the customer success team, you are, as the title suggests, essential to our customers’ success which in turn means you’re critical to our success. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, customer focused with the ability to provide clear and accurate responses, a team player and be an ambassador for Branchfire and its products.

Ideally our customer success team members will become proficient users of all of our company products across multiple devices. Because of this, tech enthusiasts are strongly encouraged to apply.

Being a customer success team member requires patience and discipline, but for the right person there will be plenty of work to do and room to grow with an expanding company. While experience in customer support and/or software sales is a plus, team cohesion is our main focus. We share an excitement for building tools that can change the world. We are looking for someone with that same growth mindset and passion.
